Drift Association Technical Inspection Sheet
Instructions: The participant is to bring this inspection form to an authorized technical inspection station with all necessary items needed for the event.  This inspection form must be filled out by the inspector and no changes shall be made to the equipment.  All such changes will void the inspection sheet until equipment can be re-assessed by the inspector.

CHECK Modifications:
  Steering Linkage
  Hub Spacer/Adapter
  Engine
  Tires and Wheels
  At least 2 spare mounted tires (No one will be allowed to run with temporary spare tires or with no tread left 3/32nd over)
  All lug nuts / bolts tightened on approved fasteners (80ft/lb torque) and hub bearings within specifications
  Brakes
  Brake pads should have more than 25%of useful life      
  Pedal Pressure Firm / All lines and master /calipers within specifications
  No Fluid leaks (oil, fuel, cooling, accessory, brakes, A/C, etc.)                   
  Brake lamps working order
  Interior
  Steering and linkages in good order
  No loose joints and /or damages on the suspension system and mounts
  Roll center adaptors / Alignment compensation brackets and blocks to specifications
  Exterior
  Windows cannot have cracks over 3 inches  
  All body panels must be present
  Engine
  Battery secured (battery bracket)   
  Air cleaner secured
  Oils and fluids filled to specifications
  Throttle action smooth / return spring to specifications
  Ignition system and Fuel system 
  Wiring harness secured 
  Exhaust system secured
  Safety Equipment
  Snell SA95, MA95 or newer rating approved helmet NO LOANERS AVAILABLE
  Seatbelts in proper locations and secured according to specifications
  All convertibles, open top, soft top cars must have roll bars equal or exceeding 4points from unibody or sub frame
  Miscellaneous
  Tow hooks must be present on at least one location on vehicle
  Remove floor mat, lose items (audio systems)
  All the lights and lenses taped and secure (Tandem event only)
  Tandem Run Eligibility
  Driver Nomex, racing suit, gloves
  Fire Extinguisher On-Board
  Tandem event entries must have Drift Association approved 4 Point driver protection system or 6 point with door beam

Owner's Acknowledgement: I hereby acknowledge that the technical inspections performed on my automobile are solely for the purpose of meeting minimum standards for the Drift Day event.  I release the inspector and Drift Association LLC. and any affiliated hosting parties from any liabilities and issues arising from their inspection of my car, including the failure of the items listed on this inspection form.
